The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client accounts and development projects.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead high-value negotiations and deal structuring.
• Support delivery of property projects within scope and budget.
• Report KPIs and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Track record in property, construction, or lettings is essential.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in tools like Vision, Enterprise Architect, and Office 365.
• Capable of managing multiple projects independently or as part of a team.
